• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices, particularly in the context of financial products.

• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesizing insights into design improvements.

• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present your design rationale.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with financial industry regulations and compliance considerations is a plus.
