Als Product Lead Master Data spielst du eine zentrale Rolle beim Aufbau unserer Kernprozesse im Bereich Master Data Management, KI-Datenstrukturen und Prozess-Exzellenz. Du gestaltest, implementierst und überwachst alle relevanten Workflows rund um Stammdaten, User-Authentication, API-Datenflüsse sowie KYC-/AML-Vorgaben. Dabei legst du die technische und regulatorische Basis für ein hochautomatisiertes, datengetriebenes und rechtskonformes Produktökosystem in einem dynamischen, wachstumsorientierten Fintech-Umfeld.

Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

Roadmap Planung und Priorisierung: Du verantwortest die Gestaltung und Priorisierung der Roadmap in Abstimmung mit internen Stakeholdern und basierend auf regulatorischen Anforderungen und planst gemeinsam mit dem Software-Entwicklungsteam und weiteren Teams die Umsetzung der Produkte.
End-to-End Onboarding & Master Data Prozesse: Gestaltung und Umsetzung ganzheitlicher Onboarding-Prozesse für Privat- und Firmenkunden unter Einbeziehung von KI-basierten Validierungen, risikobasierter Steuerung und dokumentierter Prozessketten – vom Erstkontakt über die Datenerhebung bis zur Aktivierung.
KYC & Compliance-Framework: Entwicklung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung aller KYC-/AML-relevanten Prozessschritte vollintegriert in alle Front- und Backendsysteme.
Datenanforderungen & Integritätsprüfung: Definition und Validierung aller erforderlichen Datenpunkte inklusive Datenqualitätsmanagement, Vollständigkeitschecks und Konsistenzlogiken.
User Authentication & Rechteverwaltung: Konzeption sicherer, skalierbarer Authentifizierungs- und Autorisierungssysteme – z. B. für komplexe Firmenstrukturen, Preis- und Risikologiken, sowie Rollen- und Rechtevergabe über Benutzergruppen.
API-Datenflüsse & Schnittstellenlogik: Steuerung strukturierter, nachvollziehbarer und hochverfügbarer End-to-End Datenflüsse mit externen Systemen (z. B. Identifikationsdienstleister, Handelsplattformen, AML-Tools) und unserem API Layer.
Regulatorik & Prozessüberwachung: Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Pflege regulatorischer Anforderungen (BaFin, GwG, eWpG, FATF) im Tagesgeschäft und in der Systemarchitektur. Entwicklung von Monitoring-Tools, die Prozessstabilität und gesetzliche Konformität sicherstellen.

Deine Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, IT, Finance oder vergleichbar
Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Optimierung von Datenmanagementprozessen (idealerweise von Grund auf)
Fundiertes Verständnis für User Management, API-Strukturen, KYC/AML-Compliance
Erfahrung im Finanz- oder Fintech-Bereich
Vertrautheit mit Data Governance Frameworks und Qualitätsstandards
Erfolge in der Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen

Your role

As Product Lead Master Data (m/f/d) at Tradevest Markets AG, you will play a pivotal role in building the foundation of our core processes in Master Data Management, AI-driven data structures, and process excellence. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing key workflows related to master data, user authentication, API data flows, and KYC/AML compliance. Your work will lay the technical and regulatory groundwork for a highly automated, data-driven, and legally compliant product ecosystem in a dynamic, fast-growing fintech environment.

Your mission and responsibilities

Roadmap Planning & Prioritization: Own and shape the product roadmap in alignment with internal stakeholders and regulatory requirements. Plan and coordinate implementation with software development and cross-functional teams.
End-to-End Onboarding & Master Data Processes: Design and implement seamless onboarding processes for retail and corporate clients, integrating AI-based validation, risk-driven workflows, and auditable process chains—from initial contact to data capture and activation.
KYC & Compliance Framework: Develop and continuously refine all KYC/AML-related process components, fully integrated across all front- and backend systems.
Data Requirements & Quality Assurance: Define and validate all necessary data points including data quality management, completeness checks, and consistency rules.
User Authentication & Access Control: Design secure, scalable authentication and authorization systems—for example, for complex corporate structures, pricing and risk models, and role-based access controls.
API Data Flows & Interface Logic: Manage structured, traceable, and highly available end-to-end data exchanges with external systems (e.g., identity verification providers, trading platforms, AML tools) and our API layer.
Regulatory Compliance & Process Monitoring: Implement and maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks (BaFin, AMLA, eWpG, FATF) both in daily operations and within the system architecture. Develop monitoring tools to ensure process stability and legal conformity.

Your qualifications and experience

University degree in Business, IT, Finance or a related field
Proven experience in building and optimizing data management processes (ideally from the ground up)
Strong understanding of user management, API architectures, and KYC/AML compliance
Previous experience in the finance or fintech sector
Familiarity with data governance frameworks and quality standards
Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives
