Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine(n) erfahrenen Vice President (VP) Market Making & On-Chain Settlement, die unsere Handels- und Settlement-Infrastruktur maßgeblich mitgestaltet und den Standort Warschau weiter aufbaut.

Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

Market Making & Spreads

Aufbau und Steuerung des Market-Maker-Frameworks für WAWEX
Konfiguration von Spreads, Liquidity-Management und Preisstellungen

On-Chain Settlement & Custody

Verantwortung für on-chain Abwicklung und Settlement-Prozesse (Tokenisierte Wertpapiere, Stablecoins, Digital Assets)
Enge Abstimmung mit Custody- und Clearing-Partnern

Produktentwicklung WAWEX

Weiterentwicklung der WAWEX-Handelsplattform und Integration neuer Asset-Klassen

Mitarbeit an strategischen Initiativen (z. B. tokenisierte Anleihen, wrapped Stocks, Money Market Token)

Operational Excellence

Aufbau und Optimierung der Prozesse für automatische und manuelle Anlage von Wertpapieren

Sicherstellung regulatorischer Konformität (MiFID II, MiCAR, eWpG, WpHG)

Deine Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Finanzen, Wirtschaft, Informatik oder verwandtem Bereich
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Trading, Market Making oder Investment Banking
Tiefes Verständnis von Digital Assets, Tokenisierung, Custody, Settlement und Blockchain-Infrastrukturen
Fundierte Kenntnisse in klassischen Asset-Klassen (Aktien, Anleihen, Fonds, Derivate) sowie im Bereich Wertpapieremissionen und Verwahrung
Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit regulierten Märkten und im Umgang mit Aufsichtsbehörden
Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, kombiniert mit Innovationskraft und Hands-on-Mentalität
Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, Polnisch von Vorteil

Your role

As Vice President (VP) Market Making & On-Chain Settlement, you will play a key role in the design, implementation, and ongoing development of our trading and settlement infrastructure within the WAWEX platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our systems meet regulatory requirements, scale eﬃciently, and leverage AI-driven capabilities.

Your mission and responsibilities

Market Making & Spreads

Establish and manage the market maker framework for WAWEX
Configure spreads, liquidity management, and pricing mechanisms

On-Chain Settlement & Custody

Oversee on-chain settlement and post-trade processes for tokenized securities, stablecoins, and digital assets
Coordinate closely with custody and clearing partners

Product Development – WAWEX

Drive the further development of the WAWEX trading platform and integration of new asset classes
Contribute to strategic initiatives such as tokenized bonds, wrapped stocks, and money market tokens

Operational Excellence

Build and optimize processes for automated and manual security setup and maintenance
Ensure regulatory compliance with MiFID II, MiCAR, eWpG, and WpHG

Your qualifications and experience

University degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
Several years of experience in trading, market making, or investment banking
Deep understanding of digital assets, tokenization, custody, settlement, and blockchain infrastructures
Strong knowledge of traditional asset classes (equities, bonds, funds, derivatives) as well as securities issuance and custody processes
Experience working in regulated markets and with financial supervisory authorities
Analytical and structured working style, combined with innovative thinking
Hands-on mentality
Excellent communication skills in German and English; Polish is an advantage
